Own Packsize’s European accessories and consumables portfolio, including corrugated products. Develop pricing, positioning, commercialization, lifecycle, and portfolio optimization strategies to improve revenue, margins, adoption, and availability. Partner with Sales, Solutions, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, and global Product Management teams to gather market insights, manage suppliers, standardize products, and support new product introductions. Fluency in English and willingness to travel within Europe are required.

Support global FP&A by leading forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis for operating expenses. Provide forward-looking insights, assess economic impacts and financial risks, coordinate global data analysis, and execute special finance projects while partnering with senior business and finance leaders.

Lead improvements across end-to-end logistics: optimize processes and ERP data, industrialize new products, align product design with supply chain, manage product changes, support factory layout/process updates, and analyze batch sizes, lead times, and inventory turnover to drive continuous supply chain efficiency.

Lead supplier quality for corrugated packaging, consumables, and spare parts: implement inspection sampling plans, manage NCRs/SCARs, conduct audits and supplier performance monitoring, support APQP/PPAP, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement, and support certifications and compliance.

The Engineer, Technical Support role involves assisting customers with technical issues and ensuring satisfaction with Packsize products.

The Corporate Counsel will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, provide legal guidance, and support the legal team's initiatives while managing contract compliance.

Manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, coordinate office activities, and ensure a smooth work environment.
