Ensure accurate GAAP-compliant financial recordkeeping, prepare and review journal entries, reconcile accounts, support monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, manage recurring billing and revenue deferrals, assist audits, support budgeting/forecasting, provide financial analysis, and drive process improvements.

The Corporate Counsel will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, provide legal guidance, and support the legal team's initiatives while managing contract compliance.

Manage the full ECO lifecycle: initiate, track, verify, and close engineering change orders. Maintain PLM/ERP revision control, update drawings/BOMs/CAD files, coordinate approvals across engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain, communicate implementation schedules, archive records, produce ECO reports, and identify process improvements to streamline change management.
