Manages supplier relationships, negotiates contracts, and leads initiatives to improve procurement efficiency while supporting organizational purchasing objectives.

Leads complex customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, stabilization, closeout, and handoff. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, customer readiness, training, change management, acceptance testing, and executive communications across concurrent deployments. Coordinates cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders, drives go/no-go decisions, documents operating readiness, and conducts post-implementation reviews to improve governance and customer outcomes.

Processes customer invoices, reviews contracts and billing requests, maintains customer and contract data in SAP, supports recurring billing and month-end activities, resolves billing inquiries, assists with audits, and contributes to process improvements and system testing. Collaborates with Sales, Customer Operations, Revenue Accounting, and Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate, timely billing across leases, subscriptions, services, and machine sales.
