Provide commercial legal and compliance support across Europe, lead GDPR/privacy, employment and commercial contracting, support M&A integrations, manage regulatory and trade compliance, and partner with cross-functional and senior leadership.

Manage day-to-day accounts payable operations including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close support, and audit preparation. Resolve AP discrepancies, train team members, lead process improvement efforts, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, accurate payments and controls.

The Corporate Counsel will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, provide legal guidance, and support the legal team's initiatives while managing contract compliance.
