Job Description:

About Packsize,

Packsize is redefining the way businesses and their customers use and experience packaging around the world. We build the technology, design the right solutions, and automate the processes that propel the industry forward. To us, packaging is much more than a box—it’s delivering what’s right for our customers, their customers, our people, and the planet.

About the role:
Packsize is looking for a Corporate Counsel to be a trusted legal partner to the business,
someone who enjoys translating complex legal issues into practical, business-friendly guidance.
In this role, you’ll support our Legal team and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners
across Sales, Finance, IT, Operations, HR, and our Europe business unit, helping to drive growth
while managing risk. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded attorney who
wants hands-on responsibility, exposure to international work, and a front-row seat to how a
global manufacturing and technology company operates.

What You’ll Do:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including master service
agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), vendor and supplier agreements, and other
    transactional documents.

  •  Partner directly with business stakeholders to provide clear, pragmatic legal advice that
supports company objectives and enables smart, efficient deal-making.

  • Support and advise the Europe business unit on commercial agreements and contract matters,
working across time zones and legal frameworks.

  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from intake and negotiation through execution and
ongoing compliance, using Packsize’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.

  • Monitor key contract terms, obligations, renewals, and risks, ensuring timely escalation and
    alignment with business commitments.

  • Assist in resolving contract-related questions, disputes, and compliance issues in collaboration
with senior members of the Legal team.

  • Conduct legal research and help develop and continuously improve contract templates,
    policies, playbooks, and best practices.

  • Contribute to broader corporate, regulatory, and compliance initiatives as projects evolve.

What You’ll Bring

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
    • Admission to (or eligibility for) at least one U.S. state bar.
    • 2–6 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in commercial contracting, corporate
transactions, or an in-house legal role.

  • Strong foundation in contract law, commercial terms, and risk allocation.

  • International commercial experience is a plus, particularly supporting European or other non-
    U.S. business teams.

  • Experience working with CLM systems and legal technology tools.

  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance legal rigor and business
    practicality.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple matters independently while maintaining strong attention
    to detail.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and solution-
    oriented mindset.

What We Offer

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and solution-
    oriented mindset.
