Leads Ozow’s fraud function by managing the Fraud Operations team, developing prevention and detection strategies, tuning rules, overseeing investigations, reducing losses, and monitoring fraud performance. Partners with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, Data, merchants, and banking partners. Owns fraud controls, vendors, reporting, regulatory adherence, SAR processes, governance, tooling adoption, and AI-enabled workflow improvements.

Lead merchant solutions strategy, design and delivery for a fintech payments company. Translate merchant needs into commercially viable technical solutions, develop bank and partner relationships, drive enterprise acquisition and merchant retention, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and executives. Build and lead the solutions function, establish processes and playbooks, and deliver revenue and retention outcomes.

Provide technical support to customers and external developers integrating with Ozow, troubleshoot logs and API integrations using tools like Postman, use remote desktop and help desk software, adhere to SLAs, work shifts for 24/7 coverage, escalate to engineering as needed, and maintain security and compliance standards.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll design and maintain data architectures, build robust data pipelines, ensure data quality, and support analytics initiatives, while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead design, sale and delivery of enterprise payment solutions across merchants. Define solution propositions, translate merchant needs into commercial and technical deliverables, develop bank and partner relationships, drive revenue growth and retention, and establish a solutions function working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Sales.

Lead QA efforts combining manual and automated testing. Create and execute test plans, map requirements to test cases, automate tests, perform functional, regression and performance testing, manage testing across the SDLC, produce test specifications and reports, ensure version control, and mentor junior team members.
