Support SME merchant integrations and activations by monitoring integration health, identifying configuration issues, troubleshooting REST API and webhook problems, updating settings, maintaining issue logs, and communicating with merchants and internal teams. The role also maintains integration documentation, tracks recurring issues, and escalates complex technical cases while developing expertise in payment integration processes and tools.

Lead the design, development, and modernization of high-volume payment systems using AI-enabled software practices. Build production LLM features involving embeddings, context engineering, and RAG; own relational, NoSQL, and vector data layers; and manage architecture, testing, security, monitoring, CI/CD, and cloud deployment. Mentor engineers, establish responsible AI standards, resolve complex production issues, and lead migration of live systems while maintaining reliability and performance.

Build and maintain digital payment software while contributing to AI-enabled replatforming and LLM-integrated features. Write clean, tested code; investigate bugs; participate in code reviews; use Git, CI/CD, containers, and cloud environments; and follow responsible AI and data-security practices. Collaborate in an Agile team, document solutions, and learn from senior engineers through pairing and feedback.
