Provides strategic and operational leadership for human resources across multiple hotel properties. Oversees workforce planning, employee relations, recruitment, leadership development, compensation, benefits, HRIS administration, compliance, and policy implementation. Advises executives and property leaders, manages investigations and complex personnel matters, supports organizational culture and retention, and ensures consistent HR practices. The role also provides on-site coaching and travels to properties as needed.

Supports hotel sales by responding to leads, preparing proposals and contracts, coordinating client meetings, managing group reservations and room blocks, and maintaining sales records. Assists with hotel events, site tours, prospecting, trade shows, and corporate account follow-up. Provides guest and client service, resolves issues, collaborates with hotel departments, and supports front desk operations while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
