The role requires flexible availability, reliable attendance, physical ability to lift and move items, and compliance with safety, sanitation, and security procedures.

Provides warm guest service, directions, luggage assistance, deliveries, and occasional guest transportation. May assist with gift shop stocking, reader boards, meeting room setup, and other hotel duties.
