Provides executive administrative support to hospital leadership, including calendar and meeting coordination, correspondence, presentations, reports, contract files, complaints and grievance tracking, volunteer program liaison duties, and special projects. Requires strong judgment, organization, communication, multitasking, and project coordination skills while working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced healthcare administration environment.

Provides direct pulmonology diagnostic, therapeutic, preventive, and patient education services under physician supervision. Responsibilities include obtaining histories, conducting examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, managing health conditions, prescribing or referring patients, documenting care, performing screenings and immunizations, and occasionally assisting in the operating room.

Provides computed tomography imaging and patient care services. Positions patients, selects imaging parameters, applies radiation safety and ALARA principles, assists physicians during CT procedures, and administers contrast media or medications within the authorized scope of practice. Requires a science-related diploma or associate degree, registered radiologic and CT technologist credentials, Kentucky radiation operator certification, and BLS certification within 90 days.

Provides patient navigation and advocacy for pulmonology patients throughout the care continuum. Coordinates care with clinicians, physicians, insurers, families, and community resources; addresses financial, psychosocial, functional, and administrative barriers; educates patients; supports decision-making; evaluates progress; and facilitates timely appointments and access to medical and psychosocial services.

Performs routine and complex ultrasound examinations, operates and adjusts sonography equipment, maneuvers transducers, applies safety and quality-control standards, recognizes anatomy and pathology, and communicates diagnostic findings to physicians or radiologists. Provides patient education and collaborates with the healthcare team in a hospital setting. The role requires an applicable sonography credential, science-related education, BLS certification, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a stressful clinical environment.

Directs financial strategy and operations for a healthcare medical group, overseeing managed care contracting, reimbursement, budgeting, financial statements, RVU management, regulatory analysis, and business planning. Leads multidisciplinary teams, develops policies, monitors compliance, manages resources, supports physician decision-making, and holds practices accountable for budgets, staffing, expenses, quality, and performance.

Provides radiologic imaging services by positioning patients, selecting exposure factors, applying ALARA radiation-safety principles, assisting physicians, administering contrast media when authorized, and preparing equipment and supplies. Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in stressful clinical environments. No prior experience is required, but relevant science education and Kentucky radiologic technologist licensure or certification are required.

Performs PET and nuclear medicine imaging, therapeutic, and patient care services. Positions patients, selects imaging parameters, prepares and administers radiopharmaceuticals, follows radiation protection and ALARA principles, and maintains quality assurance compliance with Nuclear Regulatory Commission regulations.

Performs CT imaging and patient care: positions patients, selects technical parameters, applies ALARA radiation safety, assists physicians with CT procedures, and prepares/administers contrast and medications per regulations.

Provides nursing and operational leadership for hospital operations, supervising staff, coordinating staffing and patient flow, supporting emergency and disaster responses, ensuring policy compliance, addressing complaints, and facilitating multidisciplinary care. The role provides after-hours coverage, oversees patient emergency responses, supports employee relations investigations, interprets policies, and performs nursing and administrative duties in accordance with Kentucky regulations.

Provides computerized tomography imaging services under the supervision of a registered CT technologist. Assists with patient positioning, exposure-factor selection, radiation safety, physician-supported imaging procedures, contrast administration, and equipment preparation. Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work under direct supervision in a stressful clinical environment. No prior experience is required, but radiologic technologist registration, Kentucky radiation operator certification, BLS certification, and CT registration are required within specified timeframes.

Provides direct patient care under nurse supervision: orients patients, assists with personal care, collects assessment data, documents progress, communicates with care team, reports abnormal findings, and supports safe patient experience and unit workflows.

Provides clinical pharmacy services hospital-wide: manages drug therapy protocols, reviews and resolves medication orders, provides drug information and education, documents interventions for quality improvement, oversees pharmacy technician activities, staffs pharmacy distribution areas, and models professional conduct.

Provide direct inpatient diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive care under physician supervision. Obtain histories, perform exams, order and interpret tests, manage and treat conditions (including prescribing or referring), document care plans, counsel patients and families, perform preventive services and occasional OR assistance, and support registration tasks as needed. Work scheduled 5p-5a with every-other-weekend coverage.

Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures including patient positioning, imaging (fluoroscopy, IVUS, CT, ultrasound), contrast administration, catheter/wire insertion, hemodynamic monitoring, specimen collection, equipment setup, and documentation. Apply radiation safety (ALARA) and work across Radiology, Cath Lab, CT, and OR as needed.
