Provides supervised direct patient care: greets and orients patients, assists with assessments and personal care, documents progress, reports abnormal findings, supports admissions/discharges and transport, integrates safety practices, and collaborates with the nursing team to promote patient experience.

Provide frontline nursing leadership and direct patient care on the Pulmonary unit (night shift). Supervise, coach, orient, and manage staff performance; ensure policy compliance, coordinate multidisciplinary care, implement and monitor care plans, assist discharge planning, and support workforce safety and continuous improvement.

Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures including patient positioning, imaging (fluoroscopy, IVUS, CT, ultrasound), contrast administration, catheter/wire insertion, hemodynamic monitoring, specimen collection, equipment setup, and documentation. Apply radiation safety (ALARA) and work across Radiology, Cath Lab, CT, and OR as needed.

Assist a registered CT technologist in performing CT imaging: position patients, select exposure factors, apply radiation safety (ALARA), assist physicians during procedures, prepare/administer contrast media and medications as allowed, and set up equipment and supplies.

Performs computed tomography imaging and patient care: positions patients, selects technical parameters, applies ALARA radiation safety, prepares for and assists physicians, and prepares/administers contrast media and medications within scope and regulations. Works with minimal supervision and in stressful environments.

Performs diagnostic sonography and assists physicians with imaging procedures. Sets up and adjusts ultrasound equipment, maneuvers transducers, applies quality control and safety standards, recognizes anatomy/pathology/artifacts, evaluates and communicates diagnostic information to radiologists, and educates patients and the care team.

Provide imaging services under supervision of a registered CT technologist: position patients, select exposure factors, apply radiation safety/ALARA, assist physicians in procedures, prepare/administer contrast or medications as allowed, and set up/provide equipment and supplies before, during, and after procedures.

Provide direct diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive cardiology care under physician supervision. Obtain histories, perform exams, order/interpret diagnostics, prescribe or refer, document care, provide patient education, and assist with procedures or OR duties as needed on a 7-on/7-off night schedule.

Provides direct patient care under nurse supervision: orients patients, assists with personal care, collects assessment data, documents progress, communicates with care team, reports abnormal findings, and supports safe patient experience and unit workflows.

Provides diagnostic imaging services: positions patients, selects exposure settings, follows radiation safety/ALARA, assists physicians in procedures, may prepare/administer contrast or medications, and readies equipment and supplies before, during, and after procedures.

Lead and coordinate laboratory workflow, staff assignments, and quality control for clinical testing. Supervise and train medical laboratory personnel, manage equipment maintenance and inventory, deliver timely physician reports, assist with specimen collection, and support the lab's quality program.

Collaborates with Epic/IT teams, analyzes reports to identify knowledge gaps, provides in-person and remote support, manages training projects and schedules, and assists with analytics and communications to optimize Epic use.
