Designs and delivers Epic-based revenue cycle training across the organization. Develops curricula, hands-on exercises, assessments, and competency exams. Provides clinical pharmacy services hospital-wide: manages drug therapy protocols, reviews and resolves medication orders, provides drug information and education, documents interventions for quality improvement, oversees pharmacy technician activities, staffs pharmacy distribution areas, and models professional conduct.

Supervise and train medical laboratory personnel, manage equipment maintenance and inventory, deliver timely physician reports, assist with specimen collection, and support the lab's quality program.

Performs computed tomography imaging and patient care: positions patients, selects technical parameters, applies ALARA radiation safety, prepares for and assists physicians, and prepares/administers contrast media and medications within scope and regulations. Works with minimal supervision and in stressful environments.

Provide direct diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive care under physician supervision for hospitalized patients: obtain histories, perform exams, order and interpret tests, manage treatments including prescribing or referrals, document care, educate patients/families, assist with registration and occasional OR duties.

Provides regional transportation and delivery of mail, money, supplies, documents, and hazardous laboratory specimens. Follows routine and urgent routes, maintains equipment, completes documentation, supports off-site health events, and interacts with healthcare staff, patients, visitors, and community members. The role requires a valid driver's license, safe judgment, route knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a variable, per diem schedule.

Provides administrative and data-entry support for a hospital laboratory. Greets patients and visitors, handles calls and mail, prepares documents, maintains records, processes admissions and discharges, schedules appointments, manages supplies, and performs laboratory charge, work-queue, and billing-related data-entry tasks. Communicates with patients and healthcare staff while working under supervision in a potentially stressful environment.
