Provides executive administrative support to hospital leadership, including calendar and meeting coordination, correspondence, presentations, reports, contract files, complaints and grievance tracking, volunteer program liaison duties, and special projects. Requires strong judgment, organization, communication, multitasking, and project coordination skills while working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced healthcare administration environment.

Leads Revenue Cycle training and education programs, serving as an Epic applications subject matter expert. Coordinates schedules, onboarding, curricula, competency assessments, HealthStream and FinThrive administration, and training content updates. Supports Epic upgrades, implementations, workflow optimization, and system readiness while analyzing performance and audit data to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborates with IT, operational leaders, and external partners, mentors trainers, and advises leadership on adoption, standardization, and operational readiness.

Develops and executes integrated communications strategies supporting brand reputation, media relations, storytelling, digital communications, and social media. Creates and distributes content, messaging, presentations, and multimedia materials; manages media relationships and inquiries; collaborates with internal stakeholders to promote services and community impact; monitors communication performance; and supports crisis communications, reputation management, and outreach initiatives.
