Provides administrative and data-entry support for a hospital laboratory. Greets patients and visitors, handles calls and mail, prepares documents, maintains records, processes admissions and discharges, schedules appointments, manages supplies, and performs laboratory charge, work-queue, and billing-related data-entry tasks. Communicates with patients and healthcare staff while working under supervision in a potentially stressful environment.

Provides inpatient clinical pharmacy services, manages drug therapy protocols, reviews medication orders, resolves drug-related problems, and educates medical staff and patients. Documents clinical interventions, supports pharmacy distribution operations, and coordinates pharmacy technician activities. The role is part-time at 0.5 FTE, includes one weekend requirement, and involves high-risk hazardous drug exposure.
