Own end-to-end mechanical architecture for robotic manipulators and end effectors, from requirements through design, validation, and production. Define CAD/GD&T standards, apply DFM, lead reliability (FMEA/FTA) and supplier development, integrate sensors and HW/SW interfaces, mentor mechanical engineers, and resolve systemic mechanical risks for fielded autonomous yard automation systems.

Lead mechanical test and reliability efforts for robotic end effectors and autonomous vehicle hardware. Define test strategies, design and build accelerated life and environmental test rigs, support field debugging, prototype electro-mechanical and pneumatic tools, design manufacturable CAD assemblies, and collaborate with software on integrated sensing and validation.

The Manager, Cloud and Data will lead a team to build and maintain scalable data infrastructure for autonomous vehicle technology, mentoring team members and managing day-to-day operations.

Design, build, and deploy software for robotic manipulation, with a focus on perception-driven autonomous systems and algorithms.

The Principal Engineer will develop safety-critical software and test infrastructure for autonomous vehicle systems, ensuring high quality and scalability while collaborating with other teams.

Design and deliver safety-critical embedded and system test infrastructure. Develop and maintain embedded C/C++ software, automated characterization/calibration, HIL test cases, and CI/CD integration. Triage issues, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate with hardware and safety teams, support deployment and maintenance, mentor team members, and contribute to system safety and scalability for autonomous vehicle fleets.

Lead on-site autonomous vehicle operations and dispatch for yard terminal tractors, assign and track trailer moves via Mission Control, manage safety and DOT-compliant vehicle operations, create and escalate tickets (Jira, Fleetio), train customers, liaise with engineers, report on operations, and drive continuous improvement.
