Supports testing and reliability engineering for electro-mechanical systems used in autonomous vehicles and robotic automation. Responsibilities include developing test plans, building reliability fixtures and rigs, conducting life and environmental testing, analyzing failures, troubleshooting field systems, interpreting instrumentation data, and supporting manufacturing test fixtures. The role requires hands-on integration experience with robotics or autonomous vehicles and offers opportunities to grow ownership of complex safety-critical systems.

The Principal Engineer will develop safety-critical software and test infrastructure for autonomous vehicle systems, ensuring high quality and scalability while collaborating with other teams.

Design and deliver safety-critical embedded and system test infrastructure. Develop and maintain embedded C/C++ software, automated characterization/calibration, HIL test cases, and CI/CD integration. Triage issues, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate with hardware and safety teams, support deployment and maintenance, mentor team members, and contribute to system safety and scalability for autonomous vehicle fleets.
