Identify manual workflows, design AI-assisted solutions, integrate them with Microsoft 365, AWS, and Salesforce, test with users, measure KPIs, and present results to technology leadership. Projects may involve document summarization, data extraction, intelligent routing, and natural-language querying.

Administer Salesforce and the broader sales technology stack, maintaining system integrity, configurations, permissions, licenses, automation, security reviews, and release updates. Provide first-line, real-time support to sales teams across email, Slack, tickets, and Chatter. Manage intake, triage, escalations, office hours, documentation, and user enablement. Support data governance, duplicate management, data quality reporting, bug documentation, and user adoption initiatives.

Supports enterprise talent management programs across performance management, employee engagement, talent reviews, succession planning, learning operations, analytics, and leadership enablement. Coordinates timelines, communications, reporting, dashboards, system administration, vendor relationships, data audits, and process improvements. Partners with HR, business leaders, HRIS, and external vendors to deliver consistent talent programs and maintain accurate, confidential workforce data.
