OUTFRONT Media Benefits Overview

Supports enterprise sales teams with pre- and post-sale administration, including media plans, contracts, forms, production orders, client reporting, billing coordination, and proof-of-performance delivery. Coordinates communication among sales, creative, inventory, billing, finance, operations, and clients while tracking materials and fulfilling requests. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, analytical ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Supports month-end close through journal entries, account reconciliations, capex processing, variance analysis, SOX testing, financial statement preparation, and external audit documentation. The role also recommends process improvements and handles confidential compensation and benefits accounting information while collaborating with Accounting, Finance, and Corporate teams.

Installs and removes advertising copy on elevated media structures, sometimes 50 feet or higher. Performs climbing, heavy lifting, site maintenance, equipment and tool upkeep, issue reporting, work-order completion, and professional public communication. Follows safety procedures, attends safety meetings, and must complete fall-protection training before climbing. Requires a driver’s license, ability to repeatedly lift 60 pounds, and comfort working at heights.
