Coordinates special payroll programs and payments, including bonuses, incentives, severance, and relocation. Develops templates, reports, reconciliations, controls, SOPs, and audit-ready documentation. Validates payroll data, supports SOX compliance, analyzes recurring errors, and recommends process improvements. Leads or supports payroll system enhancements, testing, workflow changes, and implementation validation while partnering with Payroll, HR, Compensation, and Finance stakeholders.

Manages national ship-in advertising accounts by preparing proposals, media plans, RFP responses, presentations, reports, and campaign solutions. Partners with sales executives, agencies, clients, and internal teams to drive revenue, renewals, upsells, and new business. Provides market expertise, resolves client inquiries, tracks proposal follow-up, and supports customer service and sales objectives.

Supports pre- and post-sale activities by coordinating proposals, media plans, contracts, client communications, proof-of-performance processes, billing assistance, and internal collaboration. Acts as a Telmar specialist, assists with reporting and training, and maintains relationships with clients and sales, finance, billing, creative, inventory, and operations teams.
