Lead market research, user studies, requirements, prioritization, roadmaps, product readiness, positioning, and pricing while collaborating with engineering, design, science, marketing, and software teams. Manage product tradeoffs, resources, and stakeholder communication, and build and mentor the product management team.

Lead international demand planning and monthly S&OP processes across product lines and geographic markets. Develop consensus forecasts, optimize channel inventory and supply allocation, support promotional and product launch planning, and advise senior leadership on business risks and opportunities. Build reporting tools and maintain demand-planning KPIs using Tableau and spreadsheet applications while improving forecasting accuracy, lifecycle planning, and cross-functional planning processes.

Designs, prototypes, validates, and integrates optical and electrode sensors for low-power wearable devices. Responsibilities include sensor architecture, hardware specification, calibration, noise management, signal acquisition, characterization, validation testing, automation, data analysis, supplier coordination, and technical documentation. The role collaborates closely with hardware, firmware, algorithms, systems, analytics, manufacturing, and engineering leadership teams to advance Oura’s sensing technologies and product roadmap.

Provides enterprise-wide legal strategy across international expansion, global privacy, product regulation, trade compliance, and market entry. Advises cross-functional teams on jurisdictional requirements, data transfers, regulatory pathways, advertising, labeling, export controls, sanctions, customs, and consumer protection. Builds scalable legal templates, playbooks, policies, and review processes; coordinates outside counsel and regulatory responses; and translates complex multi-jurisdictional requirements into actionable guidance for business and technical stakeholders.

Execute and optimize global paid search and YouTube campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and related platforms. Manage keywords, bids, budgets, audiences, campaign structure, testing, tracking, product feeds, and reporting. Analyze metrics such as CAC, CVR, CTR, and spend pacing to drive optimization decisions. Collaborate with paid media leaders, analytics teams, regional marketing stakeholders, and agency partners to support scalable customer acquisition and advanced measurement initiatives.

Manage cross-functional R&D programs for new health-sensing capabilities, coordinating Science, Hardware, Firmware, Software, and Product teams. Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, requirements, handoffs, readiness reviews, documentation, and decision closure. Apply knowledge of algorithm development and hardware testing to identify readiness gaps, negotiate realistic commitments, and improve Science project processes.

Lead a new engineering team developing a scalable, multi-channel content management system. Set platform architecture and technical direction, guide front-end and back-end implementation, establish engineering and operational practices, and coach engineers. Partner with product, design, marketing, and business stakeholders on workflows, governance, roadmap, and delivery. Contribute to technical problem-solving and design decisions while balancing near-term publishing needs with long-term platform investments.

Supports human research studies by coordinating participant scheduling, in-person data collection, equipment setup, participant flow, and data capture. Lead a global team to establish Oura's core manufacturing processes (SMT, molding, coatings, optics), define a 3-year roadmap, build proprietary process IP, set equipment standards, deploy experts to programs, and qualify contract manufacturer sites to ensure scalable, high-yield production.

Develop and evaluate machine learning and signal-processing algorithms for multimodal biosignals, including PPG, motion, and temperature. Integrate and clean noisy time-series data, extract features, analyze prototype sensor data, and investigate relationships between physiological signals and health states. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to optimize sensing pipelines, document findings, and communicate experimental results.

Leads product quality for wearable device NPI, ramp, and mass production. Partners with design, engineering, operations, and contract manufacturers to develop quality systems, control plans, measurement methods, process qualifications, and manufacturing controls. Analyzes build failures, yield, tolerance stackups, and quality risks; defines cosmetic and functional standards; validates manufacturing processes; and drives scalable improvements across the supply chain. Requires extensive consumer product quality experience, international travel, and expertise in mechanical process development and manufacturing quality tools.

Design scalable B2B eCommerce experiences, including enterprise ordering, billing, payments, memberships, promotions, landing pages, checkout, and responsive microsites. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI solutions while conducting research and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, and design teams to deliver consistent, internationalized experiences for enterprise customers.

Drive design-for-manufacturing activities for flex and rigid-flex PCBA products, optimize PCB layouts, maintain flex circuit design rules, audit and qualify suppliers, analyze defects, lead root-cause and corrective actions, and support vendor development and transitions from new product introduction through mass production.
