Develop and maintain community and corporate partnerships to generate qualified student leads for online programs. Supports the Bundy Accounting and Finance Program by developing, marketing, and delivering student engagement programming. Assists with program branding, represents the university professionally, and performs related duties. The position is based at Ottawa University’s residential campus in Ottawa, Kansas.

Provide campus safety and personal protection for students, employees, and property through regular foot patrols, building inspections, monitoring access, emergency response, evacuations, and collaboration with Facilities. Enforce safety policies, report hazards or incidents, assist escorts, and perform duties in varied weather and during nights/weekends.

The Teaching Assistant - Nursing provides instructional support in didactic and clinical settings, collaborates with faculty, and contributes to nursing education at Ottawa University.

Support the University Chaplain by organizing and leading faith programming across residential, adult, and online campuses; coordinate events and partnerships with churches and community partners; provide worship and prayer leadership (live and streamed); assist barrier-reduction and support programming for students, faculty, and staff; maintain confidentiality and represent the university mission; perform related duties as assigned.

The Graduate Assistant coaches student athletes, developing conditioning programs, providing nutritional guidance, and ensuring adherence to athletic regulations. This role involves administrative duties and community service leadership while supporting the Christian mission of the university.

The Graduate Assistant provides Level 0 and Level 1 technical support, assists with documentation, maintains equipment, and represents the University positively.
