Manage university accounting records, journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, financial reports, audits, and bi-weekly payroll processing through PAYCOM. Collaborate with Human Resources, respond to payroll and accounting inquiries, monitor compliance, resolve discrepancies, recommend system improvements, provide departmental support, and cross-train colleagues while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Supports university athletics communications by maintaining sports statistics, writing and distributing press releases and publications, updating the athletics website, managing social media, producing photo and video content, coordinating game-day staff, reporting to athletic conferences, and promoting home events. The role also recruits, trains, and supervises event support staff and drives students and university vehicles as needed.

Recruits and enrolls prospective students for Ottawa University's residential campus. Responsibilities include high school visits, presentations, interviews, campus visits, college fairs, lead generation, financial aid guidance, transcript evaluation, CRM and database management, and meeting enrollment goals. The role requires strong communication, sales, customer service, organization, independent judgment, evening and weekend availability, overnight travel, and at least 50% travel.
