Follow process specifications, safety protocols, and 6S practices. Complete required training, certification, and recertification, while communicating hazards, providing feedback, and suggesting quality and safety improvements.

Drive enterprise IT services sales by developing territory and account plans, managing complex sales cycles, advising C-suite stakeholders, coordinating technical and delivery teams, cultivating technology alliances, exceeding revenue targets, forecasting pipelines, and leading strategic business reviews. The role focuses on multi-million-dollar enterprise engagements, digital transformation solutions, complex contract negotiations, and long-term client relationship growth.

Provides tiered HR support to employees and leaders, including ticket resolution, onboarding, background checks, orientation, HR policy guidance, payroll and benefits support, records management, HRIS data integrity, and process improvement. Partners with HR centers of excellence and regional leadership to resolve issues, ensure compliance, and deliver consistent people services. The role is fully onsite in Boise, Idaho, with occasional meetings outside standard business hours.

Document and manage tickets in ServiceNow, support user onboarding, access provisioning, password resets, and MFA enrollment. Collaborate with IT teams, follow security policies, assist with projects and testing, and participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule.

Provide production support for Teradata-based data warehouse applications: investigate incidents, troubleshoot and optimize complex SQL, support ETL (IBM DataStage), manage scheduled jobs, use Linux for diagnostics, perform RCA, coordinate releases and deployments, and maintain operational runbooks.

Manage intake, routing, prioritization, and tracking of enhancement and project requests across multiple business units. Coordinate stakeholders, support portfolio management, document business requirements, and drive process standardization and timely follow-up. Collaborate with process, transformation, systems, and automation teams to ensure alignment and visibility.

Lead electrical engineering work for hydroelectric plant modifications and upgrades: develop technical deliverables, perform complex calculations and equipment selection, manage budget/schedule/quality, provide technical guidance, review junior staff, coordinate multi-discipline activities, and may serve as responsible charge for projects.

Support enterprise Degreed LXP implementation by coordinating project workstreams, gathering and documenting requirements, leading UAT and testing, tracking risks/issues, and communicating with HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders. Maintain project documentation, support integrations, reporting/KPIs, change management, and production readiness activities.
