Translates ambiguous business needs into actionable requirements and ensures platform investments align with strategy, risk, technical health, and measurable business outcomes.

Grow revenue within existing technology-services accounts through upselling, cross-selling, account planning, stakeholder relationship management, and full-cycle expansion sales. The role develops proposals, negotiates renewals and expansions, partners with delivery and customer-success teams, tracks growth opportunities, and meets revenue targets. Candidates need at least three years of sales or account-management experience, strong commercial and technology acumen, excellent communication skills, and preferably experience with semiconductors, compute, enterprise infrastructure, or hybrid cloud.

Develop physical design solutions for System-on-Chip devices from RTL, netlists, and engineering constraints. Supports audits, certifications, risk treatment plans, metrics, training, governance forums, and stakeholder responses while improving GRC processes through automation and technology.

Leads governance and continuity for Finance automations during SAP S/4HANA migration. Owns portfolio assessment, disposition, remediation, and redesign roadmaps; establishes S/4-compatible architecture, release controls, versioning, and environment governance. Coordinates impacts from Fiori, T-Codes, BAPIs, interfaces, and data-model changes, while partnering with SAP, Finance, and automation teams. Provides readiness dashboards, risk assessments, executive recommendations, and governance leadership across design, cutover, and hypercare.

Operate production and fabrication equipment to ensure quality output and production efficiency. Monitor and log equipment, respond to tool errors, process engineering targets and tests, monitor SPC charts, collect data, disposition lots, and maintain organized workstations. Follow safety procedures, report hazards, complete certification and recertification, communicate detailed pass-downs, participate in training, and suggest improvements to quality and safety.

Drive enterprise IT services sales by developing territory and account plans, managing complex sales cycles, advising C-suite stakeholders, coordinating technical and delivery teams, cultivating technology alliances, exceeding revenue targets, forecasting pipelines, and leading strategic business reviews. The role focuses on multi-million-dollar enterprise engagements, digital transformation solutions, complex contract negotiations, and long-term client relationship growth.

Provides tiered HR support to employees and leaders, including ticket resolution, onboarding, background checks, orientation, HR policy guidance, payroll and benefits support, records management, HRIS data integrity, and process improvement. Partners with HR centers of excellence and regional leadership to resolve issues, ensure compliance, and deliver consistent people services. The role is fully onsite in Boise, Idaho, with occasional meetings outside standard business hours.

Design, implement, and optimize complex enterprise networks. Configure routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs. Troubleshoot complex failures, tune performance, plan capacity, and lead network upgrades and change implementations.

Develop and debug Linux-based software components and real-time solutions (VxWorks), support customers and field engineering, fix defects and security issues, integrate OSS/ISV components, and contribute to Yocto/Linux build and kernel-related development.

Manage and design enterprise storage systems including SAN/NAS, replication, snapshots, and DR. Perform capacity planning, firmware upgrades, data migrations, and troubleshoot FC/iSCSI connectivity and performance issues.

Install, configure, maintain, and patch Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Serve as first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests. Troubleshoot Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, iPads, Citrix, VPN/remote access, and enterprise applications. Document and manage tickets in ServiceNow, support user onboarding, access provisioning, password resets, and MFA enrollment. Collaborate with IT teams, follow security policies, assist with projects and testing, and participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule.

Provide production support for Teradata-based data warehouse applications: investigate incidents, troubleshoot and optimize complex SQL, support ETL (IBM DataStage), manage scheduled jobs, use Linux for diagnostics, perform RCA, coordinate releases and deployments, and maintain operational runbooks.

Lead electrical engineering work for hydroelectric plant modifications and upgrades: develop technical deliverables, perform complex calculations and equipment selection, manage budget/schedule/quality, provide technical guidance, review junior staff, coordinate multi-discipline activities, and may serve as responsible charge for projects.
