Manage intake, routing, prioritization, and tracking of enhancement and project requests across multiple business units. Coordinate stakeholders, support portfolio management, document business requirements, and drive process standardization and timely follow-up. Lead electrical engineering work for hydroelectric plant modifications and upgrades: develop technical deliverables, perform complex calculations and equipment selection, manage budget/schedule/quality, provide technical guidance, review junior staff, coordinate multi-discipline activities, and may serve as responsible charge for projects.

Support enterprise Degreed LXP implementation by coordinating project workstreams, gathering and documenting requirements, leading UAT and testing, tracking risks/issues, and communicating with HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders. Maintain project documentation, support integrations, reporting/KPIs, change management, and production readiness activities.

Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET/.NET Core, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript and Angular. Build RESTful APIs, work with Git and SQL Server, leverage Azure serverless services and schemaless databases. Lead architecture reviews, interface with customers to refine requirements, mentor and lead engineering teams, and follow Agile/Kanban or Scrum practices.

Design, implement, and optimize complex enterprise networks. Configure routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs. Troubleshoot complex failures, tune performance, plan capacity, and lead network upgrades and change implementations.

Lead and produce conceptual and detailed communications/ICT system designs, coordinate with BIM/CAD and other disciplines, perform QC and technical reviews, manage budgets/scopes/schedules, mentor junior staff, and support field assessments, design guides, and business development as needed.

Develop and debug Linux-based software components and real-time solutions (VxWorks), support customers and field engineering, fix defects and security issues, integrate OSS/ISV components, and contribute to Yocto/Linux build and kernel-related development.

Manage and design enterprise storage systems including SAN/NAS, replication, snapshots, and DR. Perform capacity planning, firmware upgrades, data migrations, and troubleshoot FC/iSCSI connectivity and performance issues.

Designs and automates data validation and reconciliation frameworks using SQL and Python. Builds executive and operational dashboards, Power Apps workflows, and monitoring for data quality. Partners with business and engineering to identify root causes, remediate data issues, maintain documentation and controls, and present findings to stakeholders.

Manage lifecycle, roadmaps, and vendor relationships for enterprise engineering applications; lead a small team; ensure availability, updates, license management, integrations, and alignment to business priorities, SLAs, and security.

Lead client-facing presales and enterprise architecture for data modernization and AI adoption. Design cloud-native data platforms and advanced AI/ML solutions (Agentic AI, RAG, vector DBs), provide hands-on technical execution, guide global delivery teams, ensure governance and secure integrations across Azure/AWS/GCP, and contribute to internal R&D and presales strategy.

Install, configure, maintain, and patch Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Manage dev/test/prod environments, capacity planning, backup/restore, HA/DR, security, monitoring, and performance tuning. Provide Level 2 support, troubleshoot deadlocks, replication failures, and data corruption, and perform root-cause analysis. Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Lead global IT sourcing strategies and execution for IT spend portfolios. Manage supplier selection, negotiations, contracts, and performance; perform cost and risk analyses; partner cross-functionally to ensure compliance, drive savings, and deliver supplier-enabled innovation and sustainability initiatives.
