Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, financial reporting, tax filings, challans, forecasting, budgeting, compliance, and financial analysis. The role also supports finance-team operations, process improvements, interdepartmental collaboration, and accurate GST, TDS, and TCS compliance using Excel and Tally.

Performs general administrative duties, maintains records and office supplies, manages pantry operations, oversees housekeeping, prepares meeting spaces, supports office equipment troubleshooting, schedules appointments, distributes information, and assists with team projects. Requires a graduate, postgraduate, MBA, or equivalent qualification, plus at least three years of relevant administrative experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office and GeM.

Provide IT consulting for telecom digital transformation, including business-process analysis and reengineering, digitization of paper-based workflows, DPDP compliance, AI governance, regulatory compliance, and unified portal implementation. Coordinate with Department of Telecommunications officials, government stakeholders, and management; support meetings, reporting, implementation planning, performance analysis, and cross-functional project delivery.
