Supports workforce development through documentation management and learning management system administration. Responsibilities include monitoring documentation changes, editing and proofreading content, maintaining repositories and data, auditing training assignments, managing training requests, and creating on-the-job training certifications. The role requires technical documentation experience, LMS administration, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint proficiency, and manufacturing or production experience.

Leads the architecture and development of enterprise agentic AI systems, including LLM integrations, RAG, MCP servers, AI guardrails, PII protection, and human-in-the-loop workflows. Designs secure, scalable multi-tenant SaaS platforms on public clouds using containers and CI/CD automation. Establishes governance, observability, compliance, and reliability practices while supporting customer discovery, sales enablement, solution proposals, and engineering mentorship.

Coordinates calendars, meetings, training, employee updates, reports, presentations, SharePoint content, and business reviews. Supports managers and cross-functional teams by maintaining trackers, organizational information, corporate training records, and program materials. Organizes all-employee meetings and quarterly business reviews, improves team processes, and explores automation for recurring administrative tasks.
