Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, storage, backups, networking, and directory services. Monitor system health, security, and availability; manage accounts and access controls; perform patching, upgrades, maintenance, and backup verification; troubleshoot infrastructure issues; resolve incidents and customer requests; and support IT standards, compliance, security policies, and operational projects.

Supports workforce development and enterprise learning operations through customer support, ticket management, LMS/LXP administration, troubleshooting, automation, and process improvement. The role manages high-volume requests, analyzes recurring issues, develops scalable solutions, supports training workflows, and improves efficiency using automation and AI-enabled tools.

Provides office administration support, including records and inventory management, pantry and housekeeping oversight, meeting-room preparation, office equipment support, internal communication, and appointment scheduling. Maintains office supplies and coordinates daily workplace services. Requires 5+ years of office administration experience, strong Microsoft Office knowledge, and familiarity with government purchasing procedures through GeM.
