Manages enterprise security installation projects from scope definition through completion. Coordinates sales, design, technicians, subcontractors, site surveys, permits, customer communications, project meetings, quality control, and profitability tracking. Provides technical assistance, project updates, presentations, and issue resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction. Requires PMP certification or equivalent project experience, security systems knowledge, supervisory experience, a driver’s license, and willingness to travel.

Develops and manages customer relationships, identifies sales opportunities, conducts prospecting and customer meetings, documents activity in CRM, manages opportunities through closure, coordinates internal and external partners, prepares proposals with design engineers, meets sales quotas, and maintains customer satisfaction and expense records.

Develops new business and expands customer relationships across the Western United States. Responsibilities include prospecting, managing opportunities through the full sales cycle, meeting sales quotas, conducting customer meetings and site visits, coordinating with internal design and estimating teams, maintaining CRM records, and supporting long-term customer and partner relationships. The role reports to the Vice President of Sales, requires approximately 50% regional travel, and is based partly in the Las Vegas office.
