The role reports to the Vice President of Sales, requires approximately 50% regional travel, and is based partly in the Las Vegas office.

Processes high-volume accounts payable transactions, reviews and codes invoices, matches invoices to purchase orders, reconciles vendor accounts, resolves discrepancies, maintains AP records, supports credit card processing and month-end close, and assists with broader accounting activities. The role requires accurate, independent work, vendor communication, adherence to internal controls, and collaboration within a five-person accounting team.
