Executes and maintains manual and automated test suites for healthcare software solutions. Translates requirements into test scenarios, cases, and traceability documentation; performs exploratory testing; creates test data; investigates and tracks defects; validates results against customer requirements; and advises project teams on quality risks. Collaborates within agile teams to improve test coverage, deployment automation, product reliability, security, privacy, and clinical safety.

Provide commercial legal support for Orion Health and HEALWELL AI group, drafting and negotiating complex technology, SaaS, software licensing and commercial agreements, leading major transactions, advising on corporate, employment, property and dispute matters, managing external counsel, supporting compliance and governance across jurisdictions, and standing in for the General Counsel when required.

Produce timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, modelling and analysis to support business performance. Partner with R&D, Commercial and Operations, ensure compliance and internal controls, contribute to system implementations and process improvements, and provide financial input to business cases and post-implementation reviews.

Support configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live maintenance of Orion Health software. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading with RDBMS tools, prepare technical documentation, participate in testing and security programs, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Expression of interest for software engineers to design and build scalable healthcare software across the full stack. Work includes front-end development (React, JS, HTML, CSS), back-end systems (Java, SQL), cloud (AWS), and collaboration with product and design to improve development practices and deliver maintainable, secure solutions.
