Maintain and evolve cloud infrastructure and platforms for reliability and scalability: define SLIs/SLOs, build observability, automate operations with IaC, manage incidents and RCA, capacity plan, optimize performance, and collaborate with engineering teams to reduce operational toil and improve resilience.

Support configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live maintenance of Orion Health software. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading with RDBMS tools, prepare technical documentation, participate in testing and security programs, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Install, configure, test and document integrated software/hardware solutions for healthcare clients. Perform ETL, data migrations, RDBMS/NoSQL work, system testing, performance tuning, and knowledge transfer. Support post-implementation maintenance and collaborate with project teams to deliver solutions on time.
