10–12 week paid software engineering internship contributing to real healthcare products. Interns design, build, test features, write maintainable code, debug, develop APIs/backends, work with cloud technologies, and participate in agile ceremonies while receiving mentorship and feedback.

Provide commercial legal support for Orion Health and HEALWELL AI group, drafting and negotiating complex technology, SaaS, software licensing and commercial agreements, leading major transactions, advising on corporate, employment, property and dispute matters, managing external counsel, supporting compliance and governance across jurisdictions, and standing in for the General Counsel when required.
