Build and maintain full-stack clinical workflow and forms software using React, TypeScript, and Java. Responsibilities include designing solutions, developing features, writing automated tests, debugging across the stack, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with experienced engineers. The role also involves learning healthcare technology and contributing to software used in clinical environments.

Provide commercial legal support for Orion Health and HEALWELL AI group, drafting and negotiating complex technology, SaaS, software licensing and commercial agreements, leading major transactions, advising on corporate, employment, property and dispute matters, managing external counsel, supporting compliance and governance across jurisdictions, and standing in for the General Counsel when required.

Support configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live maintenance of Orion Health software. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading with RDBMS tools, prepare technical documentation, participate in testing and security programs, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
