Provide front-line, culturally responsive customer service for Aging & People with Disabilities clients. Process court set-asides, motions, and orders to accurately enter and maintain Computerized Criminal History (CCH) records. Interact frequently with the public and criminal justice partners, interpret court documents, maintain CJIS/CCH data, and collaborate within the CJIS division. Requires organization, attention to detail, and knowledge of the set-aside process.

Develop and execute internal and external communication and engagement strategies for DMV initiatives. Write and edit web, social, media, and legislative content; create outreach materials, toolkits, surveys, and engagement plans; advise leaders and support reporting on performance metrics; oversee intranet/internet content and support change management efforts. Serve as communications resource during legislative sessions and provide travel and hybrid in-office support.

Serve as a senior HR business partner advising leaders on complex employee and labor relations, collective bargaining interpretation, workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, performance management, and organizational change. Support high-volume, time-sensitive HR casework, collaborate with union representatives and managers, and promote continuous learning and equitable practices. Hybrid role based in Salem with a focus on patient-centered psychiatric hospital workforce issues.

Provide on-the-ground and administrative coordination for fuels reduction projects: liaison with partners, landowner outreach, field assessments, grant writing and administration, GPS/GIS documentation, project tracking, and support for district fire program needs.

Provide technical support and represent Oregon on salmon management committees (PSC, PFMC). Compile and analyze fisheries and stock data, support harvest modeling, prepare reports, coordinate with stakeholders, and support meetings and outreach. Frequent domestic and occasional international travel required.

Prosecute a wide range of serious criminal matters (homicide, sexual assault, child abuse, domestic violence, public corruption), evaluate and pursue cases for district attorneys statewide, advise and support county prosecutors, provide training and outreach, collaborate with law enforcement, and travel statewide as needed. Must be a licensed Oregon attorney with significant prosecutorial and litigation experience and pass background checks.

Provide front-desk and administrative support to Child Welfare caseworkers: greet visitors, answer multi-line phones, process records/discovery requests, scan/upload documents into OR-Kids, issue client items, coordinate meetings, and perform general clerical duties to support case management operations.

Determine and maintain Medicaid eligibility for long-term services and supports, develop and implement individualized service plans, coordinate community-based and nursing home services, conduct field reviews and ongoing case management, and communicate with clients and partners to ensure service delivery.

Identify and assess needs of older adults and people with disabilities, determine eligibility for long-term care and community services, develop individualized service plans, coordinate community referrals (including Adult Protective Services), document case narratives, advocate for clients, and conduct field visits including long-distance travel to homes, hospitals, nursing facilities and other offices.

Provide clerical support for vital records amendments: review, prepare, scan, and distribute requests; enter amendment orders into the state system; manage voicemail and email; provide customer information; print and mail amended records; retrieve, file, and refile records; and assist program staff with general office tasks to maintain workflow.

Serve as legislative liaison and policy coordinator for the House Speaker: research and analyze legislation, track committees and workgroups, advise leadership, liaise with agencies and stakeholders, and support advancement of the Speaker's legislative agenda. Role may cover various issue areas, with natural resources/climate a plus.

Lead and manage the Enterprise Network Team to ensure 24/7 availability and optimal performance of Oregon's network. Develop strategy, oversee operations, lifecycle planning, vendor management, security compliance, stakeholder engagement, and mentor engineering staff to modernize infrastructure and reduce technical debt.

Manage capture, coding, retention, and destruction coordination of final litigation orders and closed records for the Workers' Compensation Board; act as liaison with DCBS divisions and state agencies; maintain indexing and record-keeping systems.
