Provide HR consultation and labor relations support including interpreting collective bargaining agreements, conducting workplace investigations, advising management on performance and discipline, drafting disciplinary documents, negotiating resolutions with unions, and collaborating with legal/risk for hearings and records requests. Work part-time (20 hrs/week) in a hybrid job-share role with occasional travel.

Greet and assist the public in-office, by phone, and online; help applicants access benefits (medical, TANF, SNAP, ERDC, long-term care); perform high-volume intake, data entry, case status inquiries, and referrals; work collaboratively and apply trauma-informed, equitable customer service.

Conduct eligibility determinations, redeterminations, and periodic reviews for public benefits. Interview applicants in-person and by phone, communicate decisions, provide trauma-informed, person-centered service, enter and review data accurately, and collaborate with team members to ensure timely, accurate benefit determinations.
