Lead the ALERT Immunization Information System change control team, coordinate system enhancements with vendor and partners, align data and interoperability across agencies, provide technical guidance to CDC and stakeholders, apply project management to prioritize and deliver IIS improvements, and advise leadership on system strategy and public health informatics issues.

Lead strategic and crisis communications for the Public Health Division. Develop and execute communications plans, manage media relations, serve as spokesperson, create content across platforms, elevate community stories, advise leadership on messaging and reputational risk, and coordinate rapid responses during emergencies.

Serve as a business systems analyst for the Health Services EHR system: gather change requests, develop and maintain test plans, oversee test execution, troubleshoot defects, coordinate with vendors and IT, and support EHR changes that impact patient care and user experience.
