Provide person-centered coaching and case management to families to promote self-sufficiency. Conduct assessments, develop individualized employment and support plans, connect clients to community resources, perform crisis intervention and safety planning, determine program eligibility, and issue grant payments as appropriate. Collaborate with ODHS programs and community partners, perform home and community visits, and maintain documentation while upholding equity and trauma-informed practices.

Provide front-line, culturally responsive customer service for Aging & People with Disabilities clients. Manage high-volume phone/email intake, mail, records, data entry, and meeting coordination. Explain benefits, application procedures, and community resources; apply agency policies to maintain accurate case documentation and timely processing. Work in a fast-paced office, interacting with vulnerable people and supporting eligibility and program information.

Lead HR strategy, operations, and policy as the Department of Administrative Services HR Director. Serve as senior HR advisor and Appointing Authority for a 1,000-employee agency and oversee statewide HR client services for 24 agencies. Advise executives, manage labor relations, lead staffing and organizational analyses, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement and inclusive workplace culture.
