Supports a state senator through legislative research and analysis, drafting policy materials, managing constituent communications, coordinating events, handling inbox and phone systems, and managing social media and newsletters. The role requires collaboration, strong writing and communication, policy interest, community engagement, flexibility for nontraditional hours, and travel within Oregon during the legislative session.

Lead enterprise Microsoft Power Platform architecture, development, governance, integrations, compliance, and application lifecycle management. Design secure Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power Pages, Dataverse solutions, and Power BI integrations. Establish governance and deployment standards, provide technical leadership and Tier 3 support, evaluate platform capabilities, coordinate modernization initiatives, advise stakeholders, and mentor developers.
