Field-focused role to build and expand OCCU's dealer network across California. Promote indirect lending products, establish and train dealer partners, monitor compliance and market trends, support deal flow with underwriting and branches, resolve disputes and ServiceNow complaints, and travel frequently to drive dealer penetration and loan volume.

Lead design, optimization, security, and support of OCCU's Microsoft SQL Server environments. Manage HA, backup/recovery, performance tuning, ETL/data integrations, access controls, monitoring, automation, and production support while partnering with stakeholders and infrastructure teams.

Support and maintain the credit union's Compliance Management System by researching regulations, monitoring procedures, tracking remediation, reviewing marketing for compliance, preparing workpapers and reports, assisting audits and examinations, developing training and knowledge assets, and advising business units on regulatory risk and corrective actions.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Wealth Management team: coordinate appointments and onboarding, manage records and data entry, support advisors and seminar logistics, ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with internal departments to deliver excellent member service.
