The Accounting Manager leads accounting operations, including financial close, journal entries, reconciliations, cash management, general ledger, controls, regulatory filings, audits, and accounting systems. This role manages and develops accounting staff, evaluates complex transactions under GAAP, supports regulatory compliance, and drives process improvements and automation. Candidates need at least seven years of accounting experience, including three years in leadership, advanced Excel proficiency, and strong accounting knowledge. Credit union experience and a CPA are preferred.
