Lead hardware testing for Orbem's industrialized MRI products: design test protocols, perform hands-on validation of mechanical, electrical and mechatronic components, build QMS/testing frameworks, assess suppliers, conduct FATs, and collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and field teams to ensure product reliability and quality.

Lead Orbem's end-to-end information security function: own ISO 27001 re-audit strategy and ISMS governance, manage risk register and vendor/security providers, run incident response, embed operational security controls, advise leadership on security and regulatory readiness, and use AI/automation to keep the security program lean.

Build and run Orbem's legal and compliance function: draft and negotiate commercial contracts, manage corporate and employment matters, establish cross-functional compliance (AI Act, Cyber Resilience, export control, data protection), manage external counsel, and embed legal as a proactive enabler across the company.

Develop edge software integrating MRI systems and industrial automation hardware. Implement and maintain Python/C/C++ backend code, CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and scalable architectures. Work with protocols (TCP, OPC-UA, Modbus, TTL, PLCs), collaborate with hardware suppliers, define APIs, and troubleshoot integration issues to enable automated industrial imaging solutions.

Lead and build the Product function to deliver industrial, mass-scale hardware+AI products end-to-end. Own product strategy, roadmaps, quality, compliance, and organizational capability; translate science into scalable products while aligning customers, engineering, operations, and regulatory requirements.

Lead electrical architecture and design for complex automation systems, create wiring diagrams and distribution, ensure EU/US compliance, own engineering framework, mentor junior engineers, and advise on electrical validation and strategy.
