Lead global product compliance and quality management for complex hardware, software, and AI systems. Own international market access, NRTL approvals, CE marking, product documentation, nonconformance and CAPA processes, risk assessments, technical files, and design changes. Build and mentor the compliance team, establish design-for-compliance and design-for-quality practices, optimize validation frameworks, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across product development, operations, supply chain, procurement, and legal.

Lead Orbem's end-to-end information security function: own ISO 27001 re-audit strategy and ISMS governance, manage risk register and vendor/security providers, run incident response, embed operational security controls, advise leadership on security and regulatory readiness, and use AI/automation to keep the security program lean.

Build and run Orbem's legal and compliance function: draft and negotiate commercial contracts, manage corporate and employment matters, establish cross-functional compliance (AI Act, Cyber Resilience, export control, data protection), manage external counsel, and embed legal as a proactive enabler across the company.
