Support the Studio Manager in driving membership sales, leading front-of-house operations, training and coaching the sales team, maintaining systems and KPIs, ensuring excellent member experience, and assisting with scheduling, audits, and local travel.

Lead studio operations and a sales-driven team to grow memberships, hit KPIs, and deliver excellent member experiences. Hire, train, schedule, manage payroll, resolve member issues, analyze metrics, and ensure brand and operational standards.

Greet members and manage front-desk operations while meeting sales and membership targets. Handle onboarding, payments, retail sales, follow-up calls, studio previews, record-keeping, basic tech troubleshooting, and collaborate with the fitness team to ensure excellent member service.
