Supports the Studio Manager in leading front-of-house sales, member service, and studio operations. Responsibilities include achieving membership and revenue goals, executing sales and retention processes, coaching sales and operations staff, maintaining systems and records, resolving member concerns, monitoring KPIs, supporting scheduling and performance management, and maintaining a professional studio environment. The role provides leadership development toward Studio Manager responsibilities and requires flexible evening and weekend availability with local DFW travel.

Support the Studio Manager in driving membership sales, leading front-of-house operations, training and coaching the sales team, maintaining systems and KPIs, ensuring excellent member experience, and assisting with scheduling, audits, and local travel.

Lead studio operations and a sales-driven team to grow memberships, hit KPIs, and deliver excellent member experiences. Hire, train, schedule, manage payroll, resolve member issues, analyze metrics, and ensure brand and operational standards.
