Manage and grow OQtima's online communities and social channels, monitor brand presence across search engines, review sites and AI tools, engage users consistent with brand and compliance, create and support social/content campaigns, surface reputation insights, coordinate cross-functionally, and track metrics for engagement, sentiment, and visibility.

Own and build the UK market end-to-end: prospect, run sales conversations from first contact to close, negotiate deals, onboard clients with operations and compliance, maintain CRM, develop relationships, and feed market insights back to the business. Work independently in a fast, target-driven environment and help shape the UK strategy.

Lead and manage IT infrastructure and operations, ensuring system security, availability, and performance while overseeing a small team and vendor management.

Develop and execute social media strategies focusing on Forex and trading topics, engage community, analyze performance metrics, and ensure brand consistency.
