Provides multilingual customer support to Japanese- and English-speaking clients through phone, live chat, and email. Resolves issues, assists with account setup and financial transactions, manages market-specific translations and back-office tasks, and maintains knowledge of products and requirements. Requires empathy, proactive problem-solving, flexibility for nights and weekends, and fluent Japanese and English. Forex experience is not required, as full training is provided.

Own the international marketing strategy, budget, acquisition, retention, CRM, affiliate and IB growth for a regulated forex and CFD broker. Manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTok; optimize CPA, ROAS, conversion and funded-account growth; oversee lifecycle campaigns, attribution, analytics, agencies and freelancers; monitor competitors; and ensure all marketing complies with European CFD advertising regulations.

Lead and manage IT infrastructure and operations, ensuring system security, availability, and performance while overseeing a small team and vendor management.
