Designs, implements, and maintains Microsoft-based infrastructure, including Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, Intune, identity, networking, backup, and disaster recovery. Leads architecture decisions, automation, security hardening, compliance, incident resolution, and infrastructure roadmap planning.
