Provides 24/7 first-level technical support through system, network, application, and service monitoring. Administers collaboration platforms, improves system resilience, and mentors junior and mid-level engineers while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Lead the enterprise risk management and internal controls function for a fintech organization. Responsibilities include developing risk frameworks, governance structures, risk appetite statements, control libraries, risk-control matrices, key risk indicators, and Board-level reporting. The role provides risk advisory support for strategic decisions, coordinates assurance and remediation activities, develops risk capabilities, and promotes strong risk ownership and culture across the organization.
