Lead Optasia’s APAC sales organization, developing regional strategy, driving revenue and market expansion, and building strategic partnerships with mobile network operators, mobile wallets, fintechs, digital banks, and financial institutions. The role manages senior stakeholder relationships, leads and scales the regional sales team, monitors market and regulatory trends, oversees forecasting and pipeline performance, supports proposals and RFPs, and represents the company at industry events.

Lead Optasia’s company-wide AI enablement and adoption strategy. Design and deliver generative AI training, develop an AI Champions network, coach employees, identify practical AI use cases, and promote responsible adoption. Own AI communications, learning resources, adoption metrics, and business-impact reporting while partnering with IT, Security, and cross-functional stakeholders. Build practical AI assistants, workflows, and agents using tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot.

Provides 24/7 first-level technical support through system, network, application, and service monitoring. Responds to alerts, investigates causes, resolves or escalates incidents, maintains detailed incident logs, performs system health and quality checks, and coordinates outage resolution with internal teams and vendors. Requires hands-on experience with Linux, relational databases, application and web servers, VMware, monitoring tools, and case management systems.
