Start as an Implementation Consultant for six months then transition to Customer Success. Manage and grow NL & DACH client accounts, run QBRs, engage executive stakeholders, deliver customer insights showing ROI, collaborate with implementation and support teams, and own account health and expansion.

The Customer Success Intern will help design scalable onboarding for SMB clients, create activation materials, and analyze support patterns to improve efficiency.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will facilitate onboarding for users and stakeholders, manage multiple onboarding projects, and focus on customer success metrics like NPS while fostering relationships with clients.

Lead and own commercial success in DACH: build and execute go-to-market, scale and coach Account Executives (2→6), expand partnerships, advise HQ on the German market, and close deals hands-on.

Lead OpenUp's expansion into Belgium as the founding Account Executive: build pipeline, acquire medium-enterprise B2B clients, run sales end-to-end, negotiate contracts, form partnerships, and feed market insights to product, BD, CS, and marketing teams.

Lead a 4-person Data & AI team to define strategy, prioritize projects, set tech and governance guardrails, and deliver high-impact analytics and AI solutions. Split time between coaching the team and hands-on work (data modelling, capacity forecasting, pricing/AI prototypes), and enable the organisation to adopt AI responsibly and practically.

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle in the DACH region, building relationships and expanding accounts primarily in the B2B SaaS space.

As a Marketing Intern, you'll support the team by creating content for various platforms, translating materials, managing social media, and helping with campaigns and events for OpenUp's mental well-being services.
