Own the end-to-end growth and delivery of OpenUp’s preventative medical health-check offering. Develop the 3–6 month strategy, drive marketing and sales, manage client commercials, coordinate on-site execution, improve the service with Product, create scalable playbooks, and expand the medical expert network. The role requires strong stakeholder management, structured planning, commercial ownership, and business-level Dutch and English.

Owns end-to-end talent acquisition for headquarters roles, primarily commercial hiring, while supporting technology, operations, and expert recruitment. Responsibilities include proactive sourcing, talent-community building, hiring events, AI and automation implementation, stakeholder partnership, employer branding, candidate experience, and improving recruitment processes in a fast-growing international startup.

Own end-to-end product design across OpenUp’s web and mobile mental well-being platform. Lead onboarding, booking, check-in, content, progress, dashboard, and navigation experiences; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content, and Clinical teams; contribute to design systems; and improve accessibility, UX writing, trust, and consistency. Use prototyping and strong interaction, visual, and information architecture skills to ship high-quality work and improve activation, engagement, and conversion.
