Owns end-to-end talent acquisition for headquarters roles, primarily commercial hiring, while supporting technology, operations, and expert recruitment. Responsibilities include proactive sourcing, talent-community building, hiring events, AI and automation implementation, stakeholder partnership, employer branding, candidate experience, and improving recruitment processes in a fast-growing international startup.

Own the product portfolio, activation, retention, expansion, and go-to-market strategy for a B2B2C mental well-being platform. Translate company and customer needs into a roadmap, shape new services and bundles, establish product operating systems, champion AI-native development, and lead senior product, content operations, and services teams. The role partners closely with engineering, design, commercial, and customer success leadership while owning commercial outcomes and product performance.

Manage and grow customer accounts by overseeing long-term success, conducting QBRs, demonstrating service value, engaging executive stakeholders, and supporting contract expansion. Collaborate with implementation and support teams to deliver a cohesive customer journey. Use customer success metrics and engagement insights to improve satisfaction and retention while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
