Designs and maintains the company’s Information Security Management System, conducts cyber, privacy, threat, and vulnerability assessments, manages incidents, documents security policies, completes customer security questionnaires, and supports compliance certifications including ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.

Work across presales, support, and account development: run tailored demos and POCs, respond to RFPs, qualify opportunities, serve as primary technical contact post-sale, troubleshoot license servers and integrations, conduct business reviews, and identify upsell/renewal opportunities for US accounts.

Act as cross-squad integrator and business analyst for OpenLM's software licensing/SAM product. Translate leadership and customer needs into clear requirements, align APIs and data models, define reporting/metrics, maintain a system-level product model, and surface licensing risks with actionable options.

Manage and maintain production databases (AWS RDS, MongoDB Atlas), perform backups/restores and migrations, optimize performance via query tuning and indexing, support ETL (Pentaho) and Kafka pipelines, enforce security and access controls, review DDL/DML changes, and resolve complex production incidents to minimize downtime.
