Teams at OpenLM

Manage and maintain production databases (AWS RDS, MongoDB Atlas), perform backups/restores and migrations, optimize performance via query tuning and indexing, support ETL (Pentaho) and Kafka pipelines, enforce security and access controls, review DDL/DML changes, and resolve complex production incidents to minimize downtime.

Provide technical support for OpenLM via tickets, chat, and live sessions; reproduce and report bugs; assist testing, documentation, deployments, demos, webinars, and pre-sales technical responses.

Act as cross-squad integrator and business analyst for OpenLM's software licensing/SAM product. Translate leadership and customer needs into clear requirements, align APIs and data models, define reporting/metrics, maintain a system-level product model, and surface licensing risks with actionable options.
