Provide technical pre- and post-sales support to AEC clients: design solutions, build integrations, configure environments, import and transform data, write automation scripts, validate APIs and templates, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth implementations and scalable technical solutions.

Conduct primarily phone-based outreach to cold and warm leads, master cold calling, handle objections, identify AEC professionals’ pain points, and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives. The role also involves prospecting target accounts, collaborating with sales representatives, and building rapport through strong verbal communication. Candidates may come from AEC proposal, marketing, or business development backgrounds; BDR, SaaS, and college experience are not required.
