Leads Support Engineers and Technical Customer Success Engineers, overseeing client support queues, technical implementations, escalations, contractor relationships, capacity planning, documentation, tooling, and AI workflow automation. The role combines people management, hands-on technical problem-solving, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and the AI Center of Excellence.

Provide technical pre- and post-sales support to AEC clients: design solutions, build integrations, configure environments, import and transform data, write automation scripts, validate APIs and templates, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth implementations and scalable technical solutions.

Leads and coaches Account Executives and BDRs, participates in client calls and cold-calling, manages pipeline and forecasts, improves sales processes, and drives quota attainment. Partners with Marketing, RevOps, Product, Customer Success, and GTM Engineering to optimize outbound strategy, reporting, messaging, and AI-enabled sales workflows. Hires and develops team members, supports complex deals, and reports performance insights to executives. Requires NYC-area presence three days weekly and monthly travel.
