Owner of commercial flag sales revenue: develop new and existing accounts across distributors, dealers, installers, institutions, government, and end users. Manage full sales cycle including quoting custom and stock products, negotiating, closing, onboarding, and account management. Maintain CRM, deliver forecasts, represent the company at trade shows, and achieve quota while protecting margin and program terms.

Lead and develop the Inside Sales team, manage inside sales operations and key customer accounts, drive cross-selling and revenue growth, coordinate trade show activities, and collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to improve sales processes and account performance.

Own and execute digital marketing strategy and campaign calendar across DTC, marketplace, and wholesale channels. Manage social media, paid advertising, content, and analytics (GA4). Coordinate cross-functionally to launch seasonal/licensed products, optimize ROAS, run A/B tests, and report performance to leadership.

Lead inside sales operations to drive revenue growth, manage key customer accounts, coordinate with external reps and internal teams, execute cross-selling and trade show activities, track KPIs, improve sales processes, and support sales leadership in strategy and execution.

Work on the manufacturing floor at finishing: affix hangers, operate shrink-wrap machinery, inspect quality, package products for shipping, maintain supplies and 5S cleanliness, report production totals, and support cross-trained stations. On-the-job training provided.
