Lead product strategy and execution, unify identity governance, drive category creation, and collaborate with security and engineering teams to define Opal's identity products.

As the sole recruiter for Opal Security, you will focus on Engineering and Go-to-Market hiring, creating sourcing strategies, managing candidate experiences, and potentially expanding into broader People Ops functions.
