The E-Commerce Manager will strategize and oversee online growth, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality presentation of luxury products while managing digital marketing and performance tracking for the GCC region.

Provide regional IT support for sales events, offices, showrooms and pop-ups. Manage L1/L2 ticketing, network/VPN/firewall/MDM administration, asset and vendor management, access provisioning, and incident escalation while maintaining documentation and SLAs.

Manage and optimize the ecommerce storefront for flash sales: create product content and visuals, improve site navigation and merchandising, coordinate supply chain and operations, prepare sales reports, liaise with brand partners and customer service, and propose initiatives to maximize sales and inventory sell-through.
