Supports account planning managers across brand partnerships and flash sale events. Responsibilities include preparing proposals and commercial documents, maintaining brand records, coordinating online and offline event setup, testing e-commerce sales, aligning cross-functional teams, analyzing stock and sales performance, and producing post-event reports. The role requires strong organization, analytical ability, Excel proficiency, e-commerce systems literacy, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Own brand partnerships for OnTheList Dubai, managing acquisition, onboarding, retention, and commercial growth across luxury retail accounts. Coordinate marketing, operations, customer service, vendors, and floor teams to deliver online and offline flash-sale events. Analyze inventory, pricing, product mix, sell-through, revenue, and account performance to shape event strategy. Lead negotiations, business reviews, reporting, and recommendations while developing relationships across the UAE and GCC.

Assisting with month-end close, account reconciliations, forecasting, and financial analysis while supporting the finance team on special projects.
