The Assistant HR Manager will build and manage the HR function in Korea, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. Responsibilities include full recruitment cycle, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and maintaining HR systems.

Own L2 support for internal business applications across APAC/Middle East: troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, maintain and develop applications, automations, and integrations, monitor performance, liaise with vendors and stakeholders, support deployments and new feature releases, and maintain documentation and knowledge sharing.

Own product vision, roadmap, and delivery for the flash-sale platform and internal ops. Translate business needs into specs and Jira tickets, coordinate Engineering/UI/QA, run UAT, manage releases, and iterate based on performance and feedback across APAC and Middle East markets.
