Part-time Accounts Administrator responsible for maintaining accurate accounts across group entities, completing bank reconciliations, resolving variances, processing supplier payments, managing customer billing queries, and maintaining subscription and payment records. The role also supports IT equipment setup for new starters and works closely with the Finance Manager and CFO through month-end close activities.

Own revenue retention for a portfolio of SMB customers by monitoring account health and usage data, identifying risks, leading recovery plans, supporting renewals, and driving product adoption. Train customer staff and contractors through webinars and onsite visits, collaborate with Customer Success, Territory, Onboarding, and Support teams, and communicate customer feedback internally.

Own Onside’s B2B content pipeline from editorial planning through publication. Develop customer stories, case studies, and co-branded content for agricultural audiences; brief and manage agencies and freelancers; ensure accuracy and credibility; use performance data to improve distribution and content decisions; and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Territory, and Customer teams to connect content to pipeline growth.
