Job Description:
Onni Group is a real estate development, construction, and property management company with hotels and restaurants across North America and Italy (Hospitality), and condo sales and rental properties across Canada (Residential). We're looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist to run paid social campaigns primarily for Hospitality (approximately 70% of the role), with the remaining 30% supporting our Residential brands. This role reports to the VP, Residential & Hospitality Sales, and works day-to-day under the direct guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager for Hospitality and the Digital Marketing Manager for Residential, taking direction and priorities from each manager for their respective brands. The successful candidate will function as a dedicated extension of both marketing teams, owning execution across paid social, SEO, reporting, and AI-integrated workflows.

What Will You do?
Execute paid social campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms, in line with strategy and direction provided by the Digital Marketing Managers for Hospitality and Residential
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to meet performance and conversion goals with a focus on lead generation and sales for Residential, and bookings and revenue for Hospitality
Design and execute A/B tests across creative, audiences, and placements; compile results and present findings and recommendations
Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify optimization opportunities
Implement and maintain conversion tracking across all platforms, including Google Tag Manager (GTM) configuration, platform-specific pixels, and conversion event setup
Leverage AI tools throughout the campaign lifecycle, including campaign setup, audience building, creative review, reporting, and SEO audits, and actively build reusable AI-assisted frameworks and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency
Assist with SEO audits across Hospitality and Residential websites; implement approved improvements and maintain ongoing site health monitoring
Research and evaluate emerging paid social platforms, AI tools, and digital marketing trends; bring relevant opportunities
Collaborate with Marketing teams to brief ad assets and provide performance-based feedback
Prepare and maintain regular performance reports for both business lines, with clear insights and recommendations
Assist with website performance reporting and contribute to existing Looker dashboards, helping maintain accurate, up-to-date visibility across key digital metrics
Support the Digital Marketing Managers with additional tasks and ad hoc requests as they arise, contributing to the broader goals of each marketing team
Manage time and priorities effectively across brands, escalating issues proactively to the relevant Digital Marketing Manager
What You Bring:
6+ years of hands-on media buying experience in paid social
Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
Experience setting up conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and platform tags
Comfortable running SEO audits and basic fixes
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Looker, and building reports and dashboards
Regular, hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in your day-to-day work
Post-secondary education in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
Strong communicator who works well with multiple stakeholders
Agency experience is an asset
Salary Range:
$70,000 to $80,000 CAD Per Year
