Provide payroll and HR administrative support including timesheet verification, payroll data entry, benefits and expense administration, HRIS setup and record maintenance, onboarding documentation, year-end payroll tasks, and participate in audits and HR/payroll projects while handling confidential information.

Controls vehicular traffic through construction work zones, manages traffic signs, signals, markers, and detour routes, conducts field audits, and follows traffic management plans. The role requires maintaining organized equipment, protecting workers from approaching vehicles, providing customer service, and working outdoors in varied weather. Physical demands include prolonged standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Provide onsite sales center support for project launches: greet the public, manage daily sales center operations, handle contracts and inventory, give market feedback, participate in sales/marketing sessions, and assist with property sales launches.
