Build and ship production software across the stack, owning scoped features from design through deployment. Responsibilities include architecture, API development, testing, CI/CD, containerized cloud deployment, security, monitoring, incident response, integrations, and documentation. The role also hardens prototypes into production systems, integrates LLMs and AI tooling, collaborates with business stakeholders, and contributes to engineering standards within a fast-moving venture studio environment.

Lead and unify corporate marketing across hospitality, residential, retail, and F&B. Own brand strategy, enterprise budget, martech adoption (AI, CRM, automation), social and video strategy, and build a centralized, high-volume content engine while hiring and managing divisional marketing leaders and external partners.

Supports the Principal across business and personal matters by managing a complex calendar, organizing confidential files, coordinating international travel, handling approvals, expenses and purchasing, and serving as a trusted point of contact. The role requires proactive problem-solving, exceptional discretion, strong organization, comfort with AI tools, and a valid driver’s license.
