Supervises clinical and administrative services for patients and families in an outpatient opioid use disorder treatment center. Oversees counselors, assistants, and interns; provides orientation, training, clinical supervision, documentation review, scheduling, performance evaluations, compliance reporting, caseload assignments, and complaint resolution. Facilitates clinical meetings and participates in interdisciplinary care teams while ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and state requirements.

Lead daily operations of an outpatient MAT clinic, supervise clinical and administrative management team, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budget and staffing, implement training and performance management, and serve as liaison between CEO, Board, community, and staff.

Provide regulatory compliance and risk management for an SNF/LTC facility: investigate incidents, lead root cause analyses, develop corrective actions, educate staff, monitor regulatory compliance, document interventions, liaise with legal/insurers, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.

Provide clinical nursing leadership for an outpatient opioid use disorder clinic: ensure medication administration compliance, set nursing practice standards, train and schedule nursing staff, maintain regulatory-compliant medical records, and uphold state and federal regulations (CARF, 42 CFR, HIPAA).

Provide peer-based encouragement, outreach, coaching, daily living assistance, and linkage to community supports for individuals in outpatient medication-assisted treatment. Advocate for clients, assist with admissions navigation, attend treatment team meetings, maintain confidentiality, and serve as a recovery role model and educator for patients and caregivers.
