Lead the full HR function for approximately 2,000 employees across multiple companies and six states. Responsibilities include HR strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, investigations, agency claims, recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, performance management, employment-law compliance, policies, training, and HR systems. The role partners with senior leadership, manages confidential employee information, and oversees HR operations across healthcare and other affiliated businesses.

Manages front desk operations for an outpatient opioid treatment clinic, including answering phones, scheduling, accepting and recording payments in Methasoft, preparing patient admission records, reviewing paperwork, supporting census reporting, preparing cash deposits, and ordering supplies.
