Oversee hotel physical plant and engineering systems, manage maintenance staff, implement preventative maintenance, ensure code and safety compliance, coordinate construction/refurbishment, run emergency procedures, and perform hands-on maintenance with flexible shift coverage.

Manage front desk operations including answering phones, scheduling, checking insurance eligibility, obtaining prior authorizations, collecting copays, accepting payments and recording them in the Kipu EHR, preparing admissions paperwork, daily cash reporting and deposits, supply ordering, and supporting basic financial/census reporting.

Provide peer-based encouragement, outreach, coaching, daily living assistance, and linkage to community supports for individuals in outpatient medication-assisted treatment. Advocate for clients, assist with admissions navigation, attend treatment team meetings, maintain confidentiality, and serve as a recovery role model and educator for patients and caregivers.
