Processes accurate and timely payroll for multiple client companies, including payroll data entry, balancing, reporting, tax compliance, employee lifecycle transactions, deductions, benefit reconciliations, and payroll issue resolution. Responsibilities include HR strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, investigations, agency claims, recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, performance management, employment-law compliance, policies, training, and HR systems. The role partners with senior leadership, manages confidential employee information, and oversees HR operations across healthcare and other affiliated businesses.
