Supports the execution and fulfillment of sponsorship agreements across sports and entertainment properties. Coordinates partnership activations, tracks contractual deliverables, maintains CRM and account information, prepares proposals and recap materials, and collaborates with marketing, creative, operations, ticketing, and finance teams. The role also assists with partner onboarding, integrated sponsorship programs, timelines, reporting, and account management while working primarily onsite in arena and event environments.

Supports FP&A across franchise and venue operations by maintaining forecasting models, coordinating annual planning, preparing cash flow and liquidity forecasts, performing variance analysis, and modeling strategic initiatives. Partners with Accounting, Finance, and business leaders to translate operational drivers into financial outcomes and support capital and liquidity decisions.

Administers and optimizes HRIS platforms, maintains data integrity, supports integrations and user acceptance testing, and troubleshoots system issues. Develops HR dashboards and reports covering headcount, turnover, recruiting, workforce planning, and compensation. Partners with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors on data governance, process improvement, documentation, compensation analytics, and reporting requirements.

Generate new ticket revenue for San Antonio FC by selling season memberships, partial plans, group tickets, premium seating, and other products. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, networking, community engagement, stadium tours, pipeline management, order processing, account servicing, renewals, upselling, and representing the club at matches and events. The role requires meeting sales goals, maintaining accurate CRM and ticketing records, collaborating cross-functionally, and delivering exceptional fan service.

Supports ticket sales strategy through recurring and ad hoc reporting, dashboard and dataset maintenance, sales trend analysis, commission data validation, and revenue performance insights. Partners with sales leadership and ticketing analytics to evaluate pricing, inventory, sales strategy, and revenue opportunities. Communicates findings and recommendations to stakeholders while managing multiple reporting priorities in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Supports Brand Operations and Brand Engagement projects from planning through completion. Coordinates calendars, logistics, digital assets, data, deliverables, and cross-functional information while assisting with project administration and efficiency. This part-time role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, flexibility, and the ability to work independently during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
