Teams at Onesse

Supports marketing campaigns, promotional events, game-day activations, grassroots initiatives, fan communications, jersey auctions, and marketing materials for the Austin Spurs and San Antonio FC. Maintains trackers and reports, coordinates event execution, and collaborates with marketing, sales, social, communications, and team operations. Requires flexible scheduling, regular travel between San Antonio and Austin/Cedar Park, and occasional physical handling of event materials.

Supports FP&A across franchise and venue operations by maintaining forecasting models, coordinating annual planning, preparing cash flow and liquidity forecasts, performing variance analysis, and modeling strategic initiatives. Partners with Accounting, Finance, and business leaders to translate operational drivers into financial outcomes and support capital and liquidity decisions.

Generates new ticket revenue for San Antonio FC by selling season memberships, partial plans, group tickets, premium seating, and other ticket products. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, networking, community engagement, managing sales pipelines, servicing group leaders, processing orders, and representing the club at matches and events. The role requires strong communication, customer service, sales goal achievement, CRM documentation, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
