Drive new SaaS business growth across North American financial services accounts. Responsibilities include territory planning, outbound prospecting, full-cycle sales, product demonstrations, consultative selling, negotiations, quota attainment, Salesforce pipeline management, forecasting, and collaboration with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. The Software Developer in Test (SDET) role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and tools to ensure software quality, collaborating with teams, and implementing performance testing.

Lead product strategy and execution for OneSpan's Passkey Solution, translating FIDO2/WebAuthn/CTAP2 standards into roadmap and features. Drive go-to-market, pricing, KPIs, cross-functional alignment, customer and analyst advocacy, and market expansion across banking, fintech, and enterprise while monitoring regulatory and AI-driven fraud trends.

Implement and integrate OneSpan digital identity and anti-fraud products into customers' web, mobile and backend systems. Deliver workshops, design functional flows (authentication, mobile security), perform deployments and configurations, advise customers, share technical knowledge, and coordinate with project managers. Occasional onsite work and travel.

Lead revenue-side FP&A for SaaS software revenue: own bookings, New and Renewal ACV budgeting/forecasting, ARR roll-forward, long-range planning, quote pricing approvals, monthly/quarterly reporting, and Board materials. Maintain and extend Excel/Power Query models and documented Python logic, partner with cross-functional teams, deliver ad-hoc analysis, and manage one direct report (Manager of Strategic Finance).

Partner with Sales to lead discovery, design solution architectures, deliver demos/POCs, run workshops, support RFx, and build trusted technical relationships to drive adoption of OneSpan digital identity and anti-fraud solutions.

The Regional Sales Manager will focus on developing new business and managing accounts while maintaining customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include upselling solutions, collaborating with teams, and ensuring operational excellence using Salesforce.

The Embedded Software Engineering Manager will lead a team, manage projects, implement CI/CD processes and improve coding practices while ensuring quality delivery of secure token devices.

Lead automation strategy across UI, API, and backend services. Mentor SDET engineers, drive architecture, and performance testing initiatives while collaborating with Engineering and DevOps.
