Prepares technical production orders for manufacturing partners, translates customer orders into technical parameters, develops software, creates manufacturing licenses, verifies shipment and production files, and ensures quality throughout each process. The role combines IT administration, hardware and software delivery preparation, analytical problem-solving, and close attention to detail. It requires English and Dutch fluency, a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Build and deploy AI-agent and scripting automations that eliminate repetitive work across R&D teams. Identify and prioritize high-value bottlenecks, collaborate with engineering managers, create reliable and maintainable solutions, and hand them over to teams for ongoing ownership. Establish automation standards and potentially grow a small AI adoption team.

Mid-level individual contributor responsible for independent functional testing across web, mobile (Android/iOS), APIs, databases, Linux, AWS, and containerized Docker/Kubernetes deployments. Create and execute functional test cases, perform database and API testing using tools like Postman, and use QA automation tools such as Selenium. Collaborate with engineering to validate builds and environments, and contribute to test automation and reporting.
