Owns the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of critical infrastructure, security platforms, and enterprise services across cloud and on-premises environments. Responsibilities include automation, infrastructure as code, lifecycle management, monitoring, resilience, patching, incident troubleshooting, security controls, technical documentation, modernization, and cross-functional project delivery. The role also provides technical leadership, mentoring, knowledge transfer, and operational support for highly available production services.

Lead OneSpan’s global Solutions Engineering organization supporting cybersecurity sales. Build the global operating model, develop technical leadership, improve discovery and solution design, govern proofs of concept, increase technical win rates and deal velocity, and align presales with Sales, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success. Advise executive customers on identity, authentication, fraud prevention, application security, integrations, and deployment architectures while industrializing demos, technical evaluations, enablement, and reusable sales assets.

Design and develop plastic and electronic products for mass production. Build and validate prototypes, create 2D and 3D technical drawings, optimize designs for cost and assembly, design test fixtures, conduct environmental testing, and support existing product lines. The role also involves supplier and EMS partner communication, mechanical validation, and collaboration across product development stages.
